We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our multi-skilled Platform team in Glasgow.
You will confidently lead a team of around 15 Customer Experts to deliver what matters to the customer and remove blockages that stop us delivering this, whilst at the same time protecting the business
You will provide care, support and coaching to build capability and develop people to be the best they can be. We want you to know your people and what is important to them to help them achieve their aspirations.
You will work in a community together with a strong group of leaders, learning from each other and sharing solutions to problems, and will lead Customer Experts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Every day will be different, we are in a fast-paced environment where things change regularly. Your days will be mostly spent in the work, leading, and managing your people, making sure that they are the best they can be, with the right support from you.
You will work as part of a large team environment where collaboration is key, you’ll support your peers when needed and provide solutions to new situations as they arise.

Skills & Experience required:
Product knowledge across life is desirable.
Knowledge of Vulnerability, Fraud, Breach, Money Laundering and Verification
Systems thinking knowledge – customer focussed ways of working.

Salary of circa £30,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
