We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Logistics team as a Team Leader based at our Distribution Centre in Worksop. We have various contracts available to support the business for the days and afters shift, the minimum contract we have available is a 15 hours contract. The days and afters shift will cover a Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 6.00am and 10.00pm, with an option to include either a Friday and/or Monday. 

As a Team Leader within our Distribution Centre you will be responsible for effectively running, monitoring and maintaining your area of responsibility to ensure that safety, service, cost and performance standards are met. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 Team Members.

Taking huge pride in what you do, your role will involve:

• Ensuring that safe working practices, including safe systems of work and risk assessments are monitored and maintained at all times, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Ensuring daily workload is monitored and maintained within work area to ensure fulfilment of stock to customer in line with department KPIs.
• Monitoring and maintaining people processes within work area to ensure team member motivation and compliance.
• Promoting and managing good housekeeping standards
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy
• To understand and demonstrate the wilko values
• May be required to operative a LLOP
