As the Team Leader, you be responsible for leading a team who provide onboarding support to our Retail Concessions and Temps within Harrods. This busy team handles a large volume of work daily and this role requires someone who can multitask and prioritise workloads depending on the business need. You will set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.

About You

The role will lead, motivate, and inspire the team of Talent Coordinators whose focus is delivering a high-level service to our Retail Concessions. You will ideally come from a fast-paced recruitment agency background and understand the retail industry. Motivated and proactive, you will optimise the productivity and efficiency of your team through tailored coaching and training. Using your excellent time management skills, you will effectively delegate to meet shifting deadlines and priorities in a timely manner. With your strong customer service focus, you will ensure that your team’s output is aligned with our values and retail promise.
