In our Team Leader, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!

Your role at Superdrug as a Night Team Leader will be to working through the night, ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders and picking them for our customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors.   Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.

This will be a Fixed term contract role, while we continue to adapt our services in store and an essential role to ensure we can provide our products to those in need.

Hours: 32 Hours a week

Salary:  £9.26 plus premium for hours worked, midnight - 6am
