Job Introduction

The BBC are seeking a committed and organised Team Assistant to provide assistance to managers and team members with our 'Chief Customer Officer Group' division which consists of our Marketing, Media Planning, Audiences and Data Insights teams. This is a permanent role, based in Salford.

Please note - this role is part time (4 days a week - 28 hours) and we would expect you to be in the office for at least 2 of those days.

Role Responsibility

As Team Assistant, you will play a vital role within the wider team to ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately.

They key responsibilities are:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to a broad team of over 100 people
  • Organising key team meetings, including coordination and distribution of agendas
  • Maintaining records
  • Diary management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Personable and positive 
  • Organised with ability to prioritise own workload effectively
  • Diary management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Strong administrative and record keeping skills
