nglican Care Waiapu (ACW), is the social services arm of the Anglican Diocese of Waiapu. Our services and programmes in the Bay of Plenty, TairÄwhiti, and Hawke’s Bay support tamariki, whÄnau, and communities with early childhood education, family services, grief counselling services, and older people programmes.
Based in our centrally located Napier CBD office, the Team Administrator is a newly created role reporting to our Chief Operating Officer. This is a great opportunity to get hands on and really make the role your own.
About the role
Supporting a team of eight Senior Managers including the Chief Operating Officer, this role has it all! On a day-to-day basis you will be taking minutes, following up on actions, collating reports, maintaining various registers, organising travel and ordering catering.
An important component of this role is maintaining our document management system, intranet and website to ensure all content is accurate and current. Therefore, it is important you are tech savvy and have a strong understanding of document control and document management systems.
About you
You will be a key point of contact, so you must have a passion for providing strong customer service and have a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels. This will be underpinned by your strong administration experience, organisational and time management skills.
We’re looking for an administrator who can take initiative and be proactive in their approach to get the job done. Therefore, you must be able to multitask, juggle competing priorities, problem solve and complete end to end tasks. Attention to detail and being super organised must be strengths of yours for this role.
