Job Description

  • Newmarket-based
  • $25-$30 per hour
  • Full-time hours (Monday – Friday)
  • Immediate start
  • 3-month assignment with potential long-term career opportunities

Our client has a national footprint and requires an Administrator to support the Quality Assurance team with the booking of QA site assessments in various sites.

About the job:

  • Your main function will be to book assessments and gather information about the project and send a calendar invitation (if it is available)
  • Update tracking register for assessment dates, projects status and delivery dates
  • Arrange travel requests for Assessors
  • Sending out Agenda, taking minutes, typing minutes, sending out minutes for meetings
  • Any other miscellaneous tasks requested by the manager, team leaders, or director
