Our client has a national footprint and requires an Administrator to support the Quality Assurance team with the booking of QA site assessments in various sites.
About the job:
- Your main function will be to book assessments and gather information about the project and send a calendar invitation (if it is available)
- Update tracking register for assessment dates, projects status and delivery dates
- Arrange travel requests for Assessors
- Sending out Agenda, taking minutes, typing minutes, sending out minutes for meetings
- Any other miscellaneous tasks requested by the manager, team leaders, or director
