Job Description

Younity is a challenger brand in the New Zealand Recruitment sector.  We service the entire North Island with offices in Wellington and Auckland and we are looking to add a talented and motivated Office Administrator to our Auckland team.

This is a wide ranging role and will suit someone who enjoys being busy, has amazing attention to detail, can multi-task and likes being a key member of a successful team.

Key responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

  • Putting together contracts
  • Contractor and candidate administration
  • Contractor management
  • General office administration/coordination
  • Social Media/marketing
  • Database management
  • Creating/managing reports
  • Event organisation

This role would suit someone looking to start their career, or with 1-2 years experience who is eager to learn, and who has an interest in recruitment. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is required and you will need to be a strong communicator both written and verbally.
