What will I be doing?

This is where you come in! Whānau are at the heart of everything we do so you'll be playing a key role in building relationships with our children and families here at BestStart Cranford St!

BestStart Cranford is offering an amazing opportunity to be involved in the continuing growth of our fantastic team! We all work hard to ensure our families feel welcomed and respected and are looking for someone with equal values and a hard work ethic to join us in our journey to provide the best customer service and support and help lead the team.

This position is permanent working 35-40 per week and working with children aged from 3 months to 5 years.

Role requirements:

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor of Education
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about pursuing a career in Early Childhood
• Strong understanding of of programme planning, pedagogy, ECE regulations and curriculum
