Job Description

Job Description:

Reporting to the Global Talent Leader and partnering directly with People Managers, Talent & Learning Leaders and other key members of the Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE) you will support our people, ensuring they are engaged and provided with the resources to thrive while employed by GHD. The purpose of this role is to ensure that GHD operates a best practice approach to assessment and engagement, and that our strategy to ensure the wellbeing of our employees is supported and integrated with other aspects of our talent approach.

This is a parental leave replacement position, for a period of approximately 12-15 months and will ideally commence February-early March 2022. Applications will be considered from Australia or Canada.

Are you eager to?

  • Manage the psychometric assessment approach through process management and stakeholder partnerships, with the view to identify improvements and achieve best practice outcomes across geographies.
  • Train and develop internal and external psychometric assessment feedback providers, to ensure our leaders receive useful talent insights for selection or development purposes.
  • Provide psychometric assessment feedback to hiring managers and employees
  • Manage external psychometric assessment vendors and budget
  • Oversee administrative processes, to ensure accuracy of data and psychometric assessment processes and reports are delivered efficiently.
  • Drive GHD's engagement survey approach and associated activities including partnering with and providing expertise to key stakeholders to enable them to improve engagement locally.
  • Be a true global team member - collaborate across all time zones (requirement to work earlier or later than core hours regularly depending on location).

About you:

  • Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and Registered Psychologist in a relevant jurisdiction
  • Sound experience implementing and maintaining a psychometric assessment approach in a global business setting, ideally in a professional services or consultancy background.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and insights into the business and HR needs
  • Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data analytic techniques to provide business insights
  • An understanding of best practice in the areas of assessment, engagement and wellbeing, including initiatives and metrics. A demonstrated passion for this area is key.
  • 10X, Saville (or similar) psychometric assessment certification desirable.
  • Possess a global mindset (used to working across geographies and in a virtual environment).
  • Presentation and project management skills, proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative, open and approachable working style.
