Job Description
Purpose of role: Our T&D Administrator will play a key role in executing our global talent strategy at Primark, implementing talent and wider CoE people & culture projects across our international markets.
Our T&D Administrator will act as a subject matter expert in talent and other areas of the people life cycle people. They will work with a variety of stakeholders from both retail and our head office ensuring the design and delivery of effective talent solutions that closely serve our business strategy.
The T&D Administrator will plan, manage and deliver every aspect of key talent & people & culture project’s whilst partnering with key stakeholders across P&C and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Talent team with the design, execution and ongoing management of our talent initiatives designed to create a world class colleague experience. Our projects could focus on any of the following areas of expertise: Recruitment, Assessment, Talent Management, Performance, Learning and Leadership.
- Research key topics of interest to ensure Primark is at the forefront of the latest talent research. Act as the subject matter expert on people & culture projects.
- Support with project management to ensure we are tracking well against our project plans and can deliver commitments on time.
- Collaborate with our external partners, to support with queries, share information and pull together any required resources.
- Analyse data sets and prepare reports on your findings to support team decision making. Monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our projects to ensure consistent delivery and commercial impact.
- Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure smooth day to day running of projects, supporting team members where necessary with diary management, room bookings and travel.
- Support the team with the collation, preparation and proofing of critical documents where necessary
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across our Talent and People & Culture Teams.

- Develop own capability by using all available resources to learn and achieve targets
Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and ideally post graduate degree in organizational psychology, organizational behaviour or behaviour science. Ideal for students currently completing their masters part time.
- Experience and competence with business software such as Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast paced environment and work on your own initiative
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach
- Excellent planning, organising and co-ordinating skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
