AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Compensation & Talent Acquisition, the postion will provide experience primarily in Recruitment, Selection, and Administration were you will develop key skills such as administration, customer service and researching skills but most importantly gain exposure to a workplace environment and mentorship.
Assist with recruitment activities such as; preparing job posting, posting jobs, preparing interview packages and schedules
Participate in meetings, working groups and teams as an ambassador for youth in the development and implementation of plans and programs for youth.
Create and maintain both digital and physical employee files
Provide additional support as needed on various projects within Talent Acquisition.
Assist with research or benchmarking
Assist with additional, administrative tasks as needed
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Working towards a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or a similar discipline, or have a related experience or interest;
Have an interest in learning about Talent Acquisition process and practices
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Likes works in a team setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Be available as per his/her placement dates
