With the continued growth across our organisation we have an opportunity to recruit a Talent Advisor to join our team.

The Talent Advisor will take the lead on managing Contractors and the associated recruitment processes across MfE, along with a number of exciting projects that will enhance the Talent experience for both our Hiring Managers and our Candidates. You will also support our Talent Business Partners sourcing and recruiting key roles for the organisation.  We are very focussed on sourcing diverse talent for MfE, there will be an opportunity to build on your Te Ao Maori skills, and to bring your talent networks to life.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Recruitment experience
  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for delivering superior candidate care
  • Experience in managing talent led projects
  • A strong understanding of diversity and inclusion
  • Knowledge of Springboard or other ATS systems

Salary Range

Salary range is Band 15 - $73,280 - $89,565 (midpoint $81,423)
