Job Description

Opportunity for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a Permanent Position, and the role will be based in the Auckland Head Office (Greenlane).

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (read Talent Champion!), you will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment process for Clinical and Non-Clinical roles.

Your juggling skills will come in handy as you balance your “people-based” tasks with your administration responsibilities. Ideally, you will be someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills, and a team player.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving initiatives to increase "Employer Visibility" and create positive brand awareness
  • Liaising with Managers to understand the recruitment briefs
  • Manage Job Adverts which includes drafting, posting, and reviewing adverts on a timely basis
  • Utilize your knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
  • Screening and shortlisting of applicants. Assisting with interviews, when needed
  • Reference checking and documentation, as required
  • Providing timely feedback to applicants throughout the process
  • Preparing employment offers
  • Maintaining and updating employee information on the HRIS (BambooHR)
  • General ad hoc - Recruitment administration, reporting and related HR project initiatives
  • Keeping abreast of relevant legislation changes and immigration hurdles to understand its impact on the organisation

Skills & Experience:

  • To be successful in this role, you would have a creative approach to problem-solving, be able to deal with multiple personalities in the office and:
  • 2+ Years of prior experience in a Recruitment based role is a MUST. Experience within the healthcare industry, would be an advantage but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably have experience working with an ATS and/or HRIS
  • Ability to work autonomously and understand how to prioritise tasks
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage expectations within tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a busy team environment and keep calm under pressure
