My Client who is a large healthcare organisation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant. They are looking for someone who is really passionate about recruitment, is a really fast learner, and has a super positive attitude! This is a very rare opportunity that has come up and doesn't come around often!

This role is based in Epsom but travel to the North shore will be required at times.

The role in a nut shell:

• Review with the Line Manager the need for additional or replacement staff
• Provide recommendations and advice to Line Managers to target required candidates and attract a comprehensive pool of suitable applicants
• Write advertisements, arrange interviews with candidates, post to job boards, undertake reference checks and provide accurate information to enable offers to be prepared
• Manage the end to end recruitment processes
• Ensure required documentation is completed and reporting systems are maintained
• Develop internal Key Client Relationships and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with external recruitment suppliers 

To be considered for this role:

• Previous experience as an internal recruiter with a demonstrated track record of achievement in the recruitment industry
• Solid computer skills including knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Quick learner to pickup systems fast
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to achieve accuracy and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised
• Good time management
• Previous experience within the NZ healthcare environment (desirable but not essential
