About the role:

As Talent Acquisition Advisor you will work across the business to develop, implement, monitor, and enhance targeted people sourcing strategies to recruit and engage highly capable staff, from within NZ and globally, who align with their desired culture and will deliver on their strategy.

You will position Silver Fern Farms as an employer of choice, promote the business and career opportunities with them in an inspiring and engaging manner that brings their employment brand to life, maximises recruitment avenue particularly via technology, and attracts high calibre candidates for vacancies.

You will bring a strategic and future workforce capability building focus to your work and be an active contributor to inducting and supporting those who are hired as a result.

About you:

If you are a natural at relationship building, can design and implement diverse creative recruitment campaigns, and are passionate about promoting career opportunities with one of New Zealand’s iconic food brands to attract Silver Fern Farms’ future team members, we would love to hear from you.

In addition, the successful person will have/be:

• Relevant tertiary education and/or 5-6 years industry experience
• The ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently with competing deadlines
• Experience with a variety of recruitment platforms, techniques, and technologies
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of Immigration legislation, practices, requirements, and trends
• A strategic forward thinker
• Energy, drive, and enthusiasm – results orientated
• A high level of trust and confidentiality

About the process:

This is a permanent full-time position ideally based out of Dunedin, though we are also able to consider candidates based in Christchurch
