About the team
The Infrastructure and Place division is in the process of delivering a once-in-a generation multi-billion dollar program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety, create new places and connect communities for generations to come. We are dedicated and passionate team that is proud of the work we do and the supportive and flexible team culture we have built.
Reporting to the Business Systems Interface Manager, the System Administration team (from Integrated Management Systems) within the Project Performance Branch provides Design, Implementation, Administration and Functional support and Remediation services for Project Controls (Schedule, Cost and Risk), and Electronic Document & Record Management Systems.
The opportunity
We have a a number of very unique opportunities for a motivated Systems Managers (Project Controls and EDRMS systems) to join our System Administration Team on a fixed term contract until March 2024.
In this role, you will typically be responsible for:
Provide System Administration and user support services for a range of Project Controls and Electronic Document and Record Management systems (on-premise and cloud) currently in use at Infrastructure and Place
Involve and act as an SME and/or assume Lead role in Business/Project workshops, System Solutioning, New Project setup in System, Cloud migrations, System upgrades, User Training, Knowledge management, Process and performance improvement etc.
Work on System support activities including but not limited to, System Configuration, Creating and Modifying Global or Project Data, Business rules and Templates creation, Managing User Access including security groups and Access controls and Audit process, License renewals etc. for all systems mentioned below
Liaise with system technical team and/or product vendor to fix any system bugs/issues, carry out task automation, New Functionalities, New Project notices to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
Identifying any configuration discrepancies in the system, assess security risks, and implement solutions by adhering to security standards.
Consulting with Projects/Branches and providing solutions to meet business requirements with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who is outcomes focused and thrives in a fast paced, complex environment with the ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in high-pressure situations. You will have strong interpersonal skills, customer focused with the ability to communicate, train and work with non-technical users.
You shall have a demonstrated understanding of below Project Controls and Electronic Document and Record Management systems from both technical and functional outlook which includes working knowledge on integrations and reporting (must have minimum 3 systems expertise in the following: Active Risk Manager (ARM) or Cura, Candy or CostX,Deltek Acumen, Desksite or Objective ECM, PMWeb or Unifier,Primavera P6, Teambinder or Aconex
Salary and Benefits
