These opportunities are created to support both the delivery of the programme and the operational support of business process and systems.

Due to an internal secondment to the technology programme, we have an opportunity for an experienced Systems Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team on an 18 month fixed term contract.

About the role:

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, and working alongside another Systems Accountant, your key focus will be to maintain and drive improvements that maximise the efficient and effective use of the company key reporting and accounting tools (Oracle Enterprise Performance Management, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE), and Insight (Hubble)) to enhance financial performance management. You will provide input into the setup, direct operation and maintenance of these systems and ongoing development and adoption across the business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Adopt the role of 'Super User' across these systems incorporating security needs and defining system procedures and policies ensuring good business process practices
• Work with key stakeholders across the business to identify key areas for systems improvement and support system enhancement project implementations
• Provide a range of analysis and reporting for accounting processes
• Maintenance of relevant master file data
• Provide training across Commercial Finance teams to improve overall system skills and knowledge

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience with Hyperion Planning, Smartview and other Oracle Hyperion or EPM components preferable
• Member of the CAANZ or equivalent - Qualified CA preferable
• Demonstrated experience in the use of management reporting systems and software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have a positive, results oriented and focused approach to the tasks and responsibilities associated with the role
