Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategic Partnerships and part of the wider Sky Media Digital team, the Syndication & Digital Partnerships Controller will play a key senior role in helping deliver upon growth plans. You will lead the development and delivery of our digital content distribution and monetisation strategy through strong business development and team management to drive revenue success.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop the syndication and digital media partnerships team, providing clear direction and ensuring delivery of revenue targets and key KPIs for growth against the business plan
• Provide senior management support for key syndication and digital media partners in order to improve long-term profitable relationships and lead/support new business pitches
• Collaborate with key teams across Sky UK and other territories including editorial (Sky Sports, Sky News & entertainment), Digital Advertising Sales, Digital Operations and Product, providing updates on business performance and creating plans for growth
• Build plans for business development and revenue growth, providing compelling cases and models as required
• Lead on product and proposition development by assessing regular feedback, market knowledge and insights

What you'll bring:

• Experience within advertising and digital media industry
• An in-depth understanding of digital advertising and business models, digital content syndication and media partnerships
• Excellent stakeholder management experience with a problem-solving attitude and a collaborative approach
• A target-oriented mind-set, with a track record of delivering and going above and beyond
• Effective people management and delegation experience
