Job Description
Support worker for neurodiverse 19 year old female with autism and anxiety.
Looking for a kind, reliable, honest, empathetic, respectful, and patient person to help a neurodiverse young adult with disabilities.
The role involves:
- Emotional and learning support at UCOL
- Transport to and from locations and support in the community
- Support while attending events, shopping, classes etc
- Support with assistance dog training
Requirements:
- Have a full class 1 drivers license and reliable transport
- Have some knowledge or experience of disabilities such as autism and/or anxiety
- Be comfortable working around an assistance dog
20 hours weekly flexible
