The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Support Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administration of daily medication
• Participate and create social inclusion activities
• Maintaining Health and Safety onsite
• Arrange and conduct Key Work Sessions
• Risk Management
• Use SMART goal planning to provide needs led holistic support.
• Develop and maintain positive links with key stakeholders

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly.

The successful candidate will:

• Keen and willing to learn
• An element of understanding around Mental Health
• Compassionate and empathetic
• Demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable adults
• Experience of undertaking customer assessments, support planning and key-working with a clear outcome focus.
• NVQ Level 2 or willing to work towards
• Degree within Health and Social Care (preferred)
