The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Support Officer (Floating Support).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing key working support to 12 clients who are in long term permanent homes that require ongoing monthly support.
• Key working for customers that live independently within Onehousing homes that attend the Rokeby location for 1-2-1 Key work support
• Attending customers homes and performing Risk Assessments
• Co-ordinating repairs and maintenance of homes where required

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is
positive and friendly.

The successful candidate will:

• Element of key working within previous roles
• Experience around mental health (preferred)
• Experience of undertaking risk assessments (a must)
• Must be IT Literate
• Compassionate, caring and willing to learn is a key element of this role
• NVQ Level 2 or willing to work towards
• Degree within Health and Social Care (preferred)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
