What you'll do

• Analyse daily supply forecasts to ensure availability across stores
• Amend and adjust replenishment forecasts when required
• Implement innovative strategies to improve store and product performance
• Steer our replenishment systems to maximise store availability
• Reduce the risk of unnecessary write offs
• Ensure store bakery plans are accurate and efficient, and highlight trends

What you'll need

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Experience in an office-based position
• Strong PC skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• A strong attention to detail
• The ability to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• An analytical mind with an aptitude for finding solutions
• The ability to handle multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
• A genuine interest in working with figures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in German is desirable, but not essential
