We are transforming our Supplier Compliance (Third Party Risk Management) activities to better protect Sky from risk, actively contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility, and to make Sky an even better and more valuable company for our customers, suppliers and colleagues. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved right at the beginning of the design and implementation of a new TPRM framework and supplier risk system.

What you’ll do:

• Drive Supplier Compliance and simplification across Sky Group to protect Sky from relevant operational and service risks whilst contributing to Sky’s ambitious Environmental, Societal and Governance initiatives.
• Support the creation and embedding of the new Supplier Compliance Framework and operating model by; understanding the end to end Supplier Compliance Lifecycle and monitoring new KRI and KPIs of framework performance.
• Continually review our colleague and supplier requirements and where required proactively improve the Supplier Compliance Framework to make it quicker, easier, and more risk targeted.
• Represent Supplier Compliance’s response to strategic initiatives and projects e.g. Telecoms Security Requirements regulation.
• Scan third party risk management future developments (technology, managed services, data feeds) that can be employed to improve the framework and user experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Familiarity with either procurement or supplier management or a supplier compliance background ground in a key operational risk discipline e.g. Information Security, Data Protection, or Operational Resilience.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills ranging from senior leaders to end users.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
• An inquisitive mind with a passion for making internal customers lives easier.
