Job Description

As a Supervisor in the Retail Services team you will provide customers with the utmost in service and quality. Furthermore, you will provide operational support in the absence of the Retail Services Manager, through communicating the daily deployment as well as breaks and lunches, and being a point of contact for escalations and queries.

About You

This unique department is looking for someone who can always deliver a quality service. You will be hard-working and able to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment. With a keen attention to detail and a passion for perfection, you will endeavour to exceed customer’s expectations daily. You will be creative and with a strong team-work ethic, taking part and actively contributing to the daily team activities.             

More specifically, we are looking for someone with:

  • Passionate about customers, you are motivated by delivering and ensuring simple and efficient service
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail; ability to connect and communicate with a diverse range of customers
  • Evidence of dealing with complex customer orders and on occasion complaints
  • Naturally charming, you’ll have a genuine passion for customers and an ability to build a rapport with them. This includes a wide range of diverse customers with differing expectations
  • An open and can-do attitude
  • You work well under pressure whilst maintaining composure and remaining an ambassador for the brand
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment, and dealing with difficult customer situations.
  • Some supervisory experience is desired; for example leading a small team on a project or initiative.
  • Must be able to work a shift system across 7 days
