We are seeking to appoint a motivated and suitably qualified administration all-rounder with excellent interpersonal skills as the Practicum Placement Coordinator (PPC) for our Year 2 Student Programme.

The Year 2 General Practice Programme is varied with engaging and interesting responsibilities: 

  • Relationship building with General Practice Doctors, Academic Staff, and their Administrators
  • Placing Year 2 students into scheduled General Practice Attachments by cycles throughout the year using our CRM system
  • Organising and assisting with events including Teachers Meetings, GP Webinars, and End of Year Planning Day
  • Setup video and tele conferencing
  • Secretarial work including minute taking and distribution
  • Administration of documentation such as conflict of interest forms, accredited teaching practice certificates and calendars
  • Facilitating payments through purchase orders and buyer created tax invoices by cycle
  • Set up/pack up physical skills session, charge equipment, prepare equipment for role-plays. (GPOPS)

The successful candidate will have

  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing ability.
  • Tertiary qualification or relevant experience.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Experience of working in an administrative role with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an environment requiring high levels of customer service.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes.
  • Experience in setting up and the use of databases.

This is a full-time permanent appointment
