This reputable Tier 2 commercial construction company are very busy with several large-scale commercial projects about to commence in the coming month//months. They have built several high-rise projects across the CBD and suburbs throughout Auckland. They have a strong management team but are now looking for structural support at Intermediate+ level for several of their $50M+ projects.

This is an opportunity for a qualified structural engineer to grow with a commercial construction company. You will work in a structural coordination role providing support to PM’s and Senior Site Manager’s for site set up, inspecting sites and liaising with sub-contractors, QA, reviewing drawings and design changes, planning, scheduling and providing technical engineering advice.   This role has a high level of responsibility and has excellent prospects for advancement to senior site engineer/project management role.

This role would suit an applicant with 4- 5 + years of structural and reinforced concrete experience gained with a main contractor and with relevant civil engineering tertiary qualifications. You have outstanding analytical ability, strong design knowledge and understanding as well as demonstrated interpersonal skills.

This role comes with an outstanding remuneration package, $120K - $140K package.
