Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in building strategies, performing market analysis, and creating solutions/recommendations.
Experience in project management.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with SQL and data analysis, with the ability to evaluate strategic and commercial proposals.
Experience in Agile, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple countries/regions.
Experience in triaging, managing, and solving operational requests.
Ability to drive strategic projects from ideation to execution in an ambiguous environment with context switching.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent business judgment, problem-solving, and analysis skills.
About the job
The Android Go-to-Market (GTM) team is to lead the Android GTM strategy across multiple markets for the Android platform and ensure coordination of activities and tactics with our carrier, retailer, and handset original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners to sustain ecosystem growth.
In this role, you will be part of an established Strategy Operations team globally, working within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to own and contribute to strategic projects as well as ensure a smooth operational rhythm for the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
Own and/or contribute to strategic and operational projects and initiatives (e.g., data analysis and insight, deck creation, process refinement, running workshops, scoping an initial piece of work).
Contribute ideas to build the model of the GTM team by pioneering initiatives, capturing learnings, and sharing best practices.
Run the project management office (PMO) for cross EMEA projects including helping teams with planning, tracking milestones, and managing issues, and dependencies.
Manage and deliver the EMEA-wide communication plan including crafting and delivering comms ranging from newsletters to executive-level decks.
Work within a cross-functional team, prioritize and assess investment opportunities against a provided rubric on a weekly basis as part of the Strategy Operations managing desk.
