The EMEA News Publishing Partnerships team works to transform Google’s relationships with the news industry in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. We build relationships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. We collaborate across different product areas at Google to grow our business and theirs, build trust, and deepen relationships. Our team collaborates with other teams at Google to highlight our work to tell great stories about our engagement with the news industries.
In this role, you'll help address the challenges we face in the News industry in Northern Europe. You'll execute the strategy set for UK/IE/Northern Europe with cross-functional teams. You will maintain a pulse on the News ecosystem and Google’s role within it, be the voice of partners with internal regional and global stakeholders, and play a role in shaping Google’s News initiatives as we continue in pursuit of gathering the world's information for our users. You will work with cross-functional leadership in Northern Europe to ensure the strategy aligns with their activities. You will be expected to collaborate on the roll out of specific projects or initiatives with other Partnerships teams.
