Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: B2B channel sales in Consumer Electronics/New Product sales/Introduction, or Hardware Sales/Planning and Analysis.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project or program management, with experience successfully setting up and executing operational processes.
  • Experience in hardware sales/physical product operations.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and launching products internationally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the job

In this role, you’ll be managing team activities in the UK and Spanish markets. You’ll work with our country teams, channel partners and Distribution vendors to cultivate business growth and our distribution footprint. You’ll also focus on driving our B2B channel activities focused on resellers and more, and manage our Google Nest broad portfolio of products through our Distributors to all of our Indirect partners.

Partnering closely with our Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Go-To-Market teams, you will plan and execute on the complete lifecycle for our hardware.

The Hardware Partnerships team was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers and resellers worldwide. This includes the partnerships for products such as PixelDaydream ViewGoogle WifiGoogle Nest ThermostatChromecast Ultra and Google Home.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Distribution strategy and channel expansion activities.
  • Oversee Sales management across our portfolio of products.
  • Oversee relationship management (internally and externally), delivering growth and effective vendor management.
  • Work with global Google teams for effective go-to-market execution.
  • Optimize and streamline processes for each new launch. Ensure product/country readiness through coordination with cross-functional teams.
