You’ll inspire and lead your team to be the best in retail, driving consistently excellent standards and generating great results. You’ll also coach your colleagues to anticipate and accommodate the different needs of our customers, creating an environment where everyone is working and winning as one team. 

As the retail world evolves, you’ll embrace change and make things happen at pace. We’ll expect you to champion new technology and ways of working, ensuring your store really performs and serves as a safe, welcoming environment for all.

Whilst you don't need to have specific qualifications, you do need to bring a positive attitude, and you’ll share our commitment to building and developing the best winning management and colleague teams in retail. You’ll be confident in interacting with people at all levels, being able to assess and drive your store’s performance. Overall, you’ll bring lots of personality to the role, you’ll be a role model for our values, and your drive will be crucial to our success.
