Our client: 

Is part of one of Australasia's largest retail groups with this particular brand being the original creator of all things colourful, fun, unique and on trend. 

The role: 

Is a traditional Store Manager position where you will lead a small team of 5-6x to success. To achieve success you will lead in all facets of the business:

-people management including recruitment, training & development

-financial performance across KPIS & sales

-inventory management including processing stock deliveries and visual merchandising 

-customer service - ensuring all customers have a memorable experience 

What we are looking for: 

-experience as a senior ASM or SM looking for a new challenge 

-experience working in fast paced and high stock volume retail stores 

-a love for visual merchandising 

-inspiring leadership approach 

-strong understanding of KPIs and sales 

What you will be rewarded with: 

-$55k per annum
