With 7 stores nationwide and an online boutique, they are leaders in designing on-trend, modern and versatile pieces and are committed to providing tailored service suited to their customers personal shopping preferences - going above and beyond to provide an exceptional and memorable experience! They are seeking a new Store Manager for their Christchurch Boutique! 

The Benefits:

• $55k Base Salary
• Rewarding Monthly Bonus
• Extremely generous Staff Discount + Clothing Allowance
• Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Roster (38 hrs p/w)

The Role:

This job involves overall operational responsibility of the boutique, including but not limited to: 

• Driving Store Sales & KPI Targets
• Leading your fashionable and welcoming team of 4
• Coaching and Training the team to deliver exceptional service
• Stock Management, Stocktakes, Visual Merchandising
• HR Functions, Reporting, Rostering 
• Offering fashion and style advice tailored to your clients needs 

About You: 

• Management Experience in a similar environment
• A passion for styling and a creative eye
• Strong understanding of retail operations and ability to work autonomously 
• Take pride in your appearance and presentation
