About the Brand and the Opportunity: 

Our client is a leader in their industry as a specialty retailer.  With 13 Stores in NZ and more in the works, they are looking for retail manager to help support their business growth.

I am looking for a driven and energetic Store Managers, with a proven track record, to take charge of a large store in a fast-paced and challenging environment.  In this role you will be able to utilise and develop your management skills, while working within a dynamic and passionate team. 

The Successful manager will: 

• Lead a team  of 10-15 in a brand new store and maintain an outstanding level of customer service
• Maximise performance by driving consistency in the delivery of excellent customer service
• Merchandise and manage quality speciality products and provide customers with informative 
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and effectively merchandised. 
• Understand customer needs to deliver the best product advice and customer experience
• Train, develop and mentor your team

The Ideal Manager will: 

• Have high volume Retail Management experience
• Be passionate about motivating, training and developing a successful team
• Driven to meet store targets and KPI's
• An excellent communicator and leader
• Hands on, leads by example and has a people focused management style
