About the role...

• Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximise profitability
• Ability to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyse what has impacted your store results and work with Regional Manager on future actions
• Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results
• Mentor and coach team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps;

through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves

• Manage the team’s workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting
• Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
• Prioritise team members wellbeing and mental health ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge and to talk about how they are feeling

About you...

• You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
• The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
• Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
• A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
• Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
• Store Management experience in a high volume and fast paced store with a minimum of 2 years Management experience as well as 3 years sales experience.
• Must have full New Zealand working rights
