About us.
Harrods offers uniquely exciting customer service opportunities. Working days are as varied as the requirements of our customers, and we nurture a supportive environment where the flexibility, resilience and commercial awareness that help us maintain exceptional levels of service are recognised and rewarded.
About you.
You’ll be familiar with large scale retail stock operations, ideally using SAP inventory. Process driven and meticulously organised, you plan your time effectively and work with a consistency and integrity that gains you the respect and trust of your colleagues. You’ll be proficient in Excel and general Microsoft Office programmes. You’ll be a confident communicator who is comfortable in conversations with Senior Managers.
Our promise to you.
Your in-depth Harrods induction and two weeks of department training will enable you to hit the ground running. You won’t be micromanaged, but you’ll find strong department support and a clear path for progression and personal development. If you are looking for a career in retail operations we offer excellent opportunities to widen your experience across our business areas.
Our benefits package reflects the value you bring to our business. It includes up to 33% in-store discount (50% for work wear), 22 days’ annual leave, additional birthday off, season ticket loan, full access to our corporate health service and corporate discount for gym membership, restaurants, hotels and more
