Star Breaks offers after school and holiday activities to children with disabilities in Abingdon and Witney in Oxfordshire.
Short break care gives children and young people an opportunity to have fun, share experiences and socialize outside their home life and offers parents, carers, and other members of the family time off. Our aim is to provide a safe and fun environment to support each child to build their confidence, skills, and independence through inclusive play, activities, and holiday schemes.
Barnardo's is looking for enthusiastic and fun Play Organisers for both sites. Ideally you will have experience of working or volunteering with children and young people, particularly children with disabilities.

We are looking for a number of play organisers and have opportunities at both sites. After school sessions usually run from 3pm to 6pm, and you will be expected to help to set up and close down at the beginning and end of sessions. Holiday club sessions run 6 hours a day during school holidays. if you would like to know more about the working hours or the play organiser role, please get in touch with Holly or Helen.
