Principales responsabilités:

• Participer à la migration de l’infrastructure existante vers une architecture distribuée Kubernetes en utilisant les procédés GitOps
• Améliorer des solutions de développement et d’intégration continue (Jenkins / Gitlab)
• Utiliser le système de surveillance et d’alerte (Grafana) permettant des actions proactives de l’équipe
• Administration de systèmes Linux/Windows
• Documentation de l’infrastructure et des processus en place
• Support des équipes Recherche & Développement internes
• Collaborer en mode Agile (JIRA/Confluence)

Exigences :

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en informatique ou expérience pertinente

• Compétences requises :
  • Intérêt fort pour le DevOps et les outils OpenSource
  • Compétences en administration de systèmes Linux & Windows
  • Connaissances d’un langage de scripting : Python et/ou Ruby et/ou Go
  • Connaissances d’un langage de scripting systèmes : Bash et/ou PowerShell et/ou CMD

• Connaissances linguistiques : Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais ou du français (la maîtrise des deux langues est un atout)
• Compétences recherchées : ÃŠtre autonome, créatif, un joueur d’équipe et un bon communicant !
• Pouvoir se déplacer et intervenir dans les locaux OPAL-RT à Montréal

Atouts significatifs :

• Connaissances des systèmes de CI/CD: Jenkins et/ou Gitlab CI
• Connaissances de base en réseautique

Main Duties:

• Participate in the migration of the existing infrastructure to a distributed Kubernetes architecture using GitOps processes
• Improve development and continuous integration solutions (Jenkins / Gitlab)
• Use the monitoring and alert system (Grafana) allowing proactive actions by the team
• Administration of Linux/Windows systems
• Documentation of the infrastructure and processes in place
• Support of internal Research & Development teams
• Collaborate in Agile mode (JIRA/Confluence)

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience
• Required skills:
  • Strong interest in DevOps and OpenSource tools
  • Skills in Linux & Windows systems administration
  • Knowledge of a scripting language: Python and/or Ruby and/or Go
  • Knowledge of a systems scripting language: Bash and/or PowerShell and/or CMD
• Language abilities: Good command of English or French (proficiency in both languages is an asset)
• Soft skills: Be autonomous, creative, a team player and a good communicator!
• Being able to intervene in the OPAL-RT office in Montreal when necessary

Significant assets :

• Knowledge of CI/CD systems: Jenkins and/or Gitlab CI
• Basic knowledge in networking
