The opportunity:
We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Staffing Hospitality Manager to work at the Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin. Hours of work are rostered across the week (min. 40hrs per week) dependent upon the needs of the business. As a result total flexibility is required in hours that you can work.

Your responsibilities:
In this new and exciting role, you will need to maintain consumer satisfaction, follow Health & Safety compliance along with Food Safety, Recruit, induct and train staff & provide continuous training and development for all staff. Manage contracts to provide services, work collaboratively and cross functionally with various members of the Group Group brand. In addition to this you will work with the various retail teams within Dunedin Venues and manage the provision of alcohol services and plan catering for an event or function along with various other duties.
