What will you be doing?

Working within Vodafone Digital Systems, you will be leading the performance and security teams, ensuring that every product is secure and high-performing regardless of its environment.We are leading the global transformation of Vodafone, integrating our cloud security and performance solutions with a global organisation's needs.
Our SRE team are uniquely positioned to facilitate this transformation, delivering world class platforms that ensure our delivery teams and customers have an exceptional experience.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone passionate about SRE with experience managing high performance teams
• Strong experience with cloud computing (AWS and/or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation and/or Terraform)
• You have strong experience coding in any two of Ruby, Python, React, Node.js, JavaScript, Clojure, Java, Scala, Go or C#
• You love an environment focused on software engineering practice excellence, code reviews and regular pairing
• You are an avid problem solver and have experience in systems design and architecture.
• You have excellent communication skills and are always happy to collaborate with others, guiding and mentoring where needed
