As Solution Architects in the Product Development Organization, we are primary drivers for making customers, field teams, and partners successful in their adoption and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and Applications. We help through architecture guidance, establishing and authoring of standard methodologies, assisting with customer implementations and resolving of customer issues. We work across product and engineering teams to drive the requirements and use cases of Adobe's most strategic customers through the development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Guide in solution architecture recommendations across applications and services to field teams, customers, and partners as a trusted advisor.
Author and deliver use case and implementation guides that serve as a reference for customer and partner implementations and integrations.
Find opportunities for product improvements and new solutions through the implementation process. Help resolve critical issues and drive product requests to resolution.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Deep experience with enterprise architecture, experience with Adobe clouds/solutions/APIs a plus
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work across business and technical partners. Team oriented, ability to adapt to needs and demands of internal and external partners
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
Passion for new challenges and learning about industry and technology trends, inventive and able to absorb concepts quickly
High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
Familiarity with REST APIs (send/receive data to/from Platform in real-time)
SQL experience; storytelling around querying of data and what insights can be derived
Solid grasp of AI/ML and ability to discuss modeling in a way that both data scientists and marketers will appreciate
Experience with advertising and customer experience technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, Email systems, customer data marts, etc.)
Familiarity with data warehousing and customer data environments (including data storage, movement, security, CRM systems)
