The Role:
The ICT organization is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the ICT PMO office and drive ICT-wide transformation initiatives and best practices.
This role will blend project management, process optimization, and strategic thinking to develop and drive systemic improvements across the organization. Success will require critical thinking to identify improvement and optimization opportunities and proactive engagement to drive new initiatives and new ways of working.
Responsibilities will evolve over time, and the successful candidate must have a desire to continually learn and grow within the role.
This position will involve close collaboration and partnership with the ICT senior leadership team as well as all Project Managers within ICT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for systemic organizational improvement
- Develop and communicate proposals, create execution plans, drive alignment and implementation.
- Forge strong relationship with team members across the organization to influence outcomes and build project momentum.
- Manage day-to-day action items, tracking and reporting to ensure a closed loop of priority work.
- Initiate changes to existing processes and methods to improve project and team efficiencies
- Craft and deploy standardized lightweight processes to bring execution focus and efficiency. Lead and drive process adoption among all ICT program managers.
- Drive improved ICT-wide lessons-learned processes, including both internal development and 3rd party IP deliverables
- Drive organizational change and integration activities on behalf of the functional Leaders
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in operations, strategy or engineering leadership roles
- Demonstrated project and program leadership success
- Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects at a given time with successful results
- Experience in leading a team of program managers and creating/deploying processes for efficiency and scale
- High level of proficiency in MS office, Sharepoint, Confluence, and other collaboration and project management tools. Scripting / automation skills a plus.
- Good breadth of technical knowledge and experience in multi-disciplinary areas.
Academic Credentials:
Engineering or computer science degree; PMP desirable
