We are looking for an analytical Senior Pricing & Analytics Project Manager, EU Fashion to play a key role driving our pricing strategy for the EU fashion teams.
You will own and drive pricing & analytics related products and features, pricing model innovation, and alignment between the European countries. During the roll outs you will work closely with engineering and other teams based in US, India, China to drive the implementation and automation. In order to measure the performance, you will dive into customer metrics and establish reporting mechanisms that will track the impact. You will influence stakeholders so that quality products are delivered on time, and you will troubleshoot issues that may arise during or post product rollout.
You must possess a strategic understanding of business objectives and be able to work with and analyze large-scale, complex data sets. You will provide regular updates on the EU Fashion Pricing Initiatives and business impacts to the Leadership Team.

· BS in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
· Several years of experience in project management or consulting.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good SQL Knowledge.
· Focus on details, high resilience and bias for action.
· Ability to influence multiple stakeholders to align roadmap and priorities
· Excellent communication written and verbal communication skills, especially in regards to quantitative topics discussed with senior management.
· Fluency in English
Further qualifications would be a plus:
· MBA or graduate degree in Engineering / Economics
· Advanced SQL and Excel knowledge
· Experience of applying statistical or machine learning models to business problems
· Familiarity with fashion world and seasonal online retail
· Proof that you are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Superior analytical skills
· Success at influencing others and leading teams
· Comfortable with “hands-on†management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
