Job summary
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and data-driven marketer. They will be responsible for creating impactful content and campaigns for public sector audiences.

This role will work closely with various teams across the organization to build strategic campaigns which drive growth and brand awareness.

The Campaigns Marketing Manager will develop campaign themes and content in collaboration with field and subject matter expert teams. They will have strong writing skills and will create a wide array of assets, including eBooks, landing pages, e-mail nurtures etc.

The Campaigns Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of their campaigns and will work with international stakeholders across different geographies, including EMEA, APJ and LCC. They will liaise with functional teams such as public policy, PR, brand, analyst relations and security marketing to ensure a high level of quality for their content.

The ideal candidate will have experience marketing for public sector and will be able to manage multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. They are equal parts creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems. They are passionate about owning programs, and testing and learning. They also have a demonstrated ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize continuously.


Key job responsibilities
• Write effective marketing copy to support their campaigns

• Create, execute and manage marketing campaigns to drive contact database growth for public sector

• Take the lead on project planning for broad reaching initiatives, including brand awareness campaigns

• Work with digital marketing teams to execute campaigns.

• Partner with external agencies to support campaign execution, including video series and other multimedia content.

• Partner closely with the international field marketing team to understand local customer needs, preferences and sensitivities.

• Manage localization efforts for campaign assets.

• Dive deep into data and measure campaign effectiveness (including brand awareness levels, lead data, pipeline contribution, and return on investment). Optimize frequently.

• Maintain clear, consistent, and frequent communication with field marketing and leadership to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.

• Prioritize marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Write effective business documents to drive alignment with stakeholders

• Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging content and translate it into customer action.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or industry marketing role (public sector or regulated industries).
• Experience creating and executing online marketing campaigns.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience.
• Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to write and edit effective and creative marketing copy
• Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and the public sector sales cycle.
• Familiarity with large scale brand awareness campaigns that drive favourability with customers and prospects.
• Experience with campaign themes such as cloud compliance, data protection, and public sector innovation preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has ability to pivot and problem-solve.
• A team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment.
