Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking a Specialist I to join their fast-paced team for a contract/temporary role.

As the Specialist I, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Keep category and spend profiles updated
• Identify and coordinate cross-functional team resources
• Support the development of contract strategy and execution
• Support and lead sourcing and negotiation strategies to closure.
• Proactively track industry trends risk and cost data as well as continual improvement of supplier efficiency

Requirements

Put your talents to the test as a Specialist I with our client. The successful Specialist I will possess the following:

• 2+ years of supply chain management experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Exemplary attention to detail
