Recruitment Marketing Specialist

As such, exciting projects such as Future Talent attraction, recruitment marketing strategy and D&I are only some of the areas of responsibility for the Recruitment Marketing Specialist.


Based at our HO in Farnborough (where flexible working* is the norm), the Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the BMW Group brands of BMW, MINI, Alphabet and Rolls Royce Motor Cars across the UK sites covering Sales, Finance and Manufacturing. They will manage and steer Future Talent and Business As Ususal recruitment campaigns, the external agency, and have responsibility for a marketing budget.

Using innovation from external knowledge providers, the Recruitment Marketing Specialist will be tasked to promote a market presence that is forward thinking and strategic. They will use their analytic and attention to detail skills to review effectiveness of marketing strategies, be able to draw on previous experience and qualifications to communicate and present new ideas and in general, promote and influence the BMW Group UK employer brand and presence in the marketplace.
