We are looking for an experienced sous Chef for our Mexican restaurant in Tauranga. The successful applicant must have:

• Minimum of 4 years Mexican cuisine experience
• Minimum of 3 years sous chef experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Must be available to work daytime/night time and Weekends

• Recipe following
• Training new junior staff
• Running your own section
• Being accountable for junior staff under your supervision
• Food Control book
• Prep shifts
• running the kitchen in the head chefs absence
• Of course, making delicious food!
