Bay of Plenty District Health Board has a permanent full-time position available for a qualified Sonographer.

Our Sonography work varies from general, obstetrics, gynaecology, vascular and musculoskeletal scanning. While the successful candidate will be mainly based at Tauranga Hospital, they will be required to provide ultrasound coverage in Whākatane when required.

The ideal candidate will need to have a General DMU/Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent; ideally skilled in other areas such as vascular and musculo-skeletal ultrasound. Being computer literate, proactive, and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills is essential to be a part of this team.

You will be working within a team of 8 qualified Sonographers and 2 Trainees.
