JOB DESCRIPTION
UPS Capital is seeking a dynamic, creative, fun and experienced Solutions Engagement Manager with a disruptive mind set and the passion to transform our customer’s business challenges into solutions that drive UPS Capital revenue growth. Besides being heavily focused on enhancing overall customer experience by creating new digital solutions, this person is equipped with strong technical skills and knows how to determine and leverage on customers’ business needs. He/She will lead a team of sales engineers and business analysts that collaborates closely with Sales to position digital connectivity solutions including, but not limited to DFT or API. Profound experience with project management, customer data integrations within a highly demanding cross-functional business growth environment is mandatory.

The Solutions Engagement Manager plays a key role in developing, expanding and implementing our suite of customer-centric digital solutions and platforms in Europe. This role collaborates with the Agile, Digital Customer Experience, Operations, Finance and Sales team to manage integration projects for existing and new accounts that align to our Digital Strategy and financial goals in Europe. He/She maintains strong customer relationships during pre-sales conversations and post-sales implementations. He/She describes how our digital solutions seamlessly connect into the customer journey map and empower our customers to achieve their business goals. This position provides leadership and development to the members of his/her team, driving communication and technical skill levels as well as enhancing customer focused business acumen.
