The Role :

• We use ATP for automation for ServiceNow.

• As Associate –Software Tester at a client site, you will be responsible for designing, writing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases for the client and its customers.

Job Requirements:

You will be expected to:

• Liaison between the business analysts, and the development team to drive the test case planning, translate customer requirements into test cases;
• Develop an understanding of each solution supported and be able to appreciate the requirements captured and in the scope of testing.
• Set-up test environment, and foundation Data for the purpose of running tests and Evaluate requirement changes and make adjustments in test cases
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the client to perform test planning, and execution of test cases;
• Design, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for all levels and types of testing;
• Create and execute manual and automated test suits for different code types and the different test types;
• Ensure defects are raised, retested, and closed as required;
• Ensure and monitor the quality standards in related test environments and production systems as well;
• Develop test plans for the delivery of testing engagements;
• Ensure engagements where System testing is performed, report acceptable levels of UAT defects; and
• Ongoing identification and implementation of opportunities to improve the quality of functionalities delivered
